Emergencies: Please call our office at 701-663-0313. If it is during business hours, we will work you into one of the doctor's schedules. If it is after hours, you will be directed on how you can reach one of the doctors and get the emergency service you need.
 
Directions

We are located near the Tesoro, Security First Bank, and Thrity White Drug.

Go West on Main Street to 6th Avenue NW, turn right onto 6th Avenue NW.  

We are the 2nd building on your left, with gray and blue bricks.  

There is extra parking to the north of the building that is even large enough for trucks and trailers!
